Sherlock receives orders from the United States government to capture a group of vicious land sharks who have been coercing poor landowners into giving up their property. Billy insists on accompanying Sherlock when he realizes that he and the leader of these ruthless outlaws have a history. Meanwhile, William is wandering the streets of New York trying to find the best way to atone for his crimes when he bumps into a young girl who may have just the answer he’s been looking for.
