Luka Kobachi is a manga author best known for Rainbows After Storms. She has also published the one-shots Of “One Hundred Encounters” and “Wavering Lips” in the girls’ love yuri anthologies Éclair Rouge and Éclair Orange. She is married to Tomohito Oda, the author of Komi Can’t Communicate. Rainbows After Storms was first published in November 2017 in Sunday Webry and ended in August 2023.
