WHERE DID YOU GROW UP?
San Francisco!

WHAT IS A TYPICAL DAY AT WORK FOR YOU?
I'm either editing scripts or proofing lettered pages—sometimes a mix of both. I'm pretty much glued to my desk!

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR FASHION STYLE?
Eclectic—I'm kinda all over the place depending on my mood and hair. (LOL) Since my hair was recently short and platinum blonde, I felt like I was more drawn to a Scandinavian aesthetic with lots of blues and greys.

HOW IS YOUR STYLE INFLUENCED BY MANGA, ANIME OR JAPANESE FASHION?
In my 20s, I loved browsing Non-no or other Japanese fashion magazines because I thought the style was so cute. Now that I'm older, I kinda just do my own mix of styles—less cute and more modern, I guess.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE CLOTHING STORES AND FASHION WEBSITES?
I still love Anthropologie but more of the modern, less frilly pieces. I shop online a lot these days—I scrounge around for sales from my fave designers like Helmut Lang and Marc Jacobs. I also love jewelry by this Swedish designer called BJØRG.

WHAT FASHION ACCESSORY CAN YOU ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY NOT LIVE WITHOUT?
I can't choose! It would probably be my current go-to bag/purse. I'd be sad if I lost any of my favorite rings or bracelets though.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO OUTSIDE OF WORK?
I need a mix of fun and being creative! I like hanging out with close friends, and I also do floral design on the side. I recently started volunteering at the San Francisco SPCA as a kitty socializer too. Friends and flowers and kitties...happiness!

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE CURRENT VIZ MANGA OR ANIME?
My Love Story!! (I'm a bit biased, though—I'm the editor for the manga.) =D

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE VIZ MANGA OR ANIME OF ALL TIME?
I loooooove Skip Beat! And Nana! Shojo manga all the way! Also, Ranma ½ will always have a special place in my heart since it was my gateway manga back in high school. :)
