Super-buff renaissance woman Joanna Bain takes on this week's issue review!
Cover
art by Eiichiro Oda
Another week, another amazing One Piece cover! Eiichiro Oda Sensei is manga's James Brown. He's truly a drawing machine. The hardest-working artist in the business. And he got me good on this cover. When I first saw it, I thought..."Don Quixote's back?!" But then I realized there were characters I didn't recognize. And then it dawned on me that it was Zolo, up front and center, wearing a feather boa and holding his hands out like the recently deposed Warlord! Now I'm super curious to know what the One Piece movie is all about!
One Piece
by Eiichiro Oda
Let me start this off by squealing like a small child... KYAHHHH! That color spread at the start is just breathtaking. Now, going back to the story, what a devious and conniving old man Sanji has! No wonder he ran away as a kid. But it's looking like he's got nowhere to run now that his family's found him again and wants to hand him off to the Big Mom Pirates...
World Trigger
by Daisuke Ashihara
Watch out for Cougar! One of Tamakoma's upcoming opponents in the Rank Wars has a pretty creative way of naming everyone, and Cougar is what he calls Kuga. Though their opponents seem like a goofy bunch, never underestimate Border Agents, especially experienced squads like Ikoma and Oji!
Toriko
by Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro
God is good. God is great. God is something that I ate. The battle to devour God is on, and things are looking a bit grim for Toriko in his fight against Acacia...

Black Clover
by Yûki Tabata
Vetto's really proving himself to be the toughest opponent that Asta and friends have faced off against so far. He's severely outnumbered and has taken numerous hits and blows, but it still feels like Asta and friends're the underdogs. Do they stand a chance against Vetto's insanely powerful magic, or will they lose all hope and fall to despair?
One-Punch Man
story by ONE, art by Yusuke Murata
There's just something about Genos. A certain Genos sais quoi if you will... BLRF! Sorry 'bout that one, but I loved JB's pun so much, I had to use it here. And it's appropriate too, considering how Genos is just mowing down the baddies. But it has to take a toll at some point, because the waves of Monster Association bad guys just keep coming and coming!
Nisekoi
by Naoshi Komi
Excuse me for a second while I rub my eyes. There's just so much dust around here... Now then, back to the topic on hand. Raku knows who he likes. He knows where she is. He wants to confess. But what if...what if she says...no?! Are there backsies in love?
