Peculiar Purple Pie Man-child and SJ Editor Urian Brown takes a look at this week's issue.
I was trying to determine the difference between this cover and an American comic book cover. I think I figured it out—the main character's so happy! He has a look of unbridled enthusiasm on his face. Most Marvel and DC comics have very serious or angry main characters on the cover. This cover says this series is fun! Check it out! Although the other three characters behind him are serious, suggesting there are serious goings in in the story as well...which there are. Deep!
My Hero Academia

Deku's in for the fight of his life! He's been under pressure before, but he is seriously outgunned now! And by outgunned, I mean guns as in muscles. Like super-big, super-powered muscles. One-Punch Man
story by ONE, art by Yusuke Murata
Prepare your peepers for some exquisite battle art. Murata Sensei is cementing his reputation as one of the best artists in the business. And this chapter will only further the legend. The fight between Metal Bat and Garo is amazing. Incredible sense of speed, impact and impeccable clarity. You can't really understand how hard it is to draw a fight until you try. This is some good stuff!
Toriko

A great many story-related things happen in this chapter! Old friends (and some enemies) are reunited. New and amazing foods are created! But there's still a lot of work to be done! The quest to save the world continues!
Black Clover
by Yûki Tabata
Last chapter, it was looking a little grim for our heroes. The fire magic wielding nun was struck down. Gauche was drained of magic. Asta was battle weary. Get ready for a magic battle between two heavy hitters!

Muhyo and Roji's Bureau of Supernatural Investigation
by Yoshiyuki Nishi
It's the final chapter of Muhyo and Roji's Bureau of Supernatural Investigation! Hopefully, you got a kick out of Muhyo's magic antics. I have always enjoyed Yoshiyuki Nishi's super creepy art. He's one of the more interesting manga artists in that regard. If you want to continue reading the manga, which I suggest, it only gets spookier from here!
