Raidraptor - Satellite Cannon Falcon from Wing Raiders is pretty big and has a devastating special ability, but what if you could go even bigger? Shining Victories provides the answer with Raidraptor - Ultimate Falcon!

Raidraptor - Ultimate Falcon is the ultimate life form: 3500 ATK makes it stronger than everything but Obelisk the Tormentor-level monsters, and its twin effects to decrease the ATK of enemy monsters makes it stronger than those too. Total immunity to all effects of every other card makes it impossible to destroy except by battle which, as we’ve already established, isn’t going to happen. What about cards like Honest then? The Ignition effect of Raidraptor - Ultimate Falcon not only drops the ATK of every one of your opponent’s monsters by 1000 for the rest of the turn, it also prevents your opponent from activating any cards or effects for the rest of the turn, so there’s no worry there either!

As a Rank 10 Xyz Monster, Raidraptor - Ultimate Falcon can be very difficult to Summon. Normally you’ll need to use three Rank-Up-Magic Spell Cards to get there, ranking up Raidraptor - Force Strix, then Raidraptor - Revolution Falcon and finally Raidraptor - Satellite Cannon Falcon. However, thanks to Raidraptor - Last Strix from Wing Raiders and Cattle Call from Shining Victories, you can actually make it in only one Rank-Up instead. Use Last Strix or Cattle Call to temporarily Summon Raidraptor - Satellite Cannon Falcon, then use the new Rank-Up-Magic Skip Force to Summon Raidraptor - Ultimate Falcon right away!

You can also use the Last Strix/Skip Force combo with Raidraptor - Revolution Falcon to quickly Summon Raidraptor - Satellite Cannon Falcon to wipe out your opponent’s Spell and Trap Cards, so you have different options no matter the situation.
