Luffy from One Piece is on this week's spring-themed cover of Weekly Shonen Jump! I'm no fan of the color pink...that is until I took a gander at the amazing art! Luffy's playful spirit and the falling sakura (cherry blossoms) really go well together. Oda Sensei's color illustrations always grab my attention, and this one's no different. It's the perfect way to kick off the season of flowers, bees and allergies!
One Piece
by Eichiro Oda
Let me start this off by saying I LOVE DRESSROSA! What a great island, from the passionate, stabby ladies to the walking, talking toys. With that said, this story arc is starting to rev up with an upcoming tournament with a special prize for the victor—the Flame-Flame Devil Fruit! Of course Luffy has to enter, and wait till you read what name he's using as an alias for the tournament... And as a bonus, cute sharks in a color spread. Woo-hoo!
Sakuran (tentative)
by Toshiaki Iwashiro
Have you ever had a little alien living inside your head that would only appear during a specific time of the year? Yeah...me neither, but Eita Jinbo does! From Toshiaki Iwashiro, the creator of Psyren, comes a special one-shot about a boy trying to figure out the identity of a mysterious alien that's been haunting him since he was a kid. Methinks the answer is not Rumpelstiltskin, but hey, you never know!
Toriko
by Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro
I'm going to be honest. Toriko's been my favorite series to read lately, and it's all due to the epic battle that's disrupted the Cooking Festival competition. If you thought the battle of bugs versus hair was downright epic, wait'll you get a load of the next battle—Brunch versus...
Naruto
by Masashi Kishimoto
In this week's installment, we delve deeper into Madara and Hashirama's past, witnessing a firsthand account of the creation of Konohagakure. Despite the bond and respect for each other the two share, they can't seem to get their respective clans to follow suit. Kishimoto Sensei has this great knack of making the bad guy seem...not so bad, and this flashback into the past is one of the best in recent memory.
Nisekoi
by Naoshi Komi
The rumble in the Valentine's Day jungle continues for poor Raku! I never realized what a complicated holiday Valentine's Day is in Japan, and apparently there are some repurcussions for those who play with others' feelings. Just ask Shu!
World Trigger
by Daisuke Ashihara
Neighbors...what a great name for monstrous creatures that wreak havoc! In this week's issue, a new type of Neighbor invades the city. Despite Kitora being an A-rank Border Agent, how will she deal with an enemy she's never encountered before?! And just as concerning, what will the unpredictable Yuma do?!
Cross Manage

The next round of the tournament is fast approaching, and the girls' lacrosse team is honing their skills for what might be the most formidable opponent in all of Japan—Choran Girls Academy led by their ace player Namine Chihara. And to complicate things, Namine seeks out Sakurai and follows him everywhere! What in tarnation can she want from him?!
Bleach
by Tite Kubo
Isshin, Ichigo's father, decides it's time that his son knows about the past so that he can deal with the present situation better. Though Isshin was once a captain of Soul Reapers, he's now living a somewhat normal life as a doctor in Karakura Town. How did that come about? And why does the monster he fights in the flashback look eerily similar to Ichigo's hollowfied form?
Dragon Ball
by Akira Toriyama
Goku and Piccolo are in a pickle! Despite their combined might, they just aren't a match against the Saiyan warrior Raditz. And just when things seem really bleak for the odd couple, they get some unexpected help!
One-Punch Man
story by ONE, art by Yusuke Murata
The secret behind Saitama's insane strength is finally revealed! What crazy training regimen did Saitama have to suffer through in order to gain this strength? It's mind boggling to say the least!
