When Blue Exorcist came out in the States, no one could have predicted its meteoric rise to the top of the manga world. The latest chapters of Blue Exorcist will be featured every month starting in Issue 07/30/12, and come out approximately two weeks after it's released in Japan!

Born the son of Satan, but raised by a kindly exorcist, Rin Okumura rejects his evil heritage and vows to destroy Satan! To do so, he trains as an Exorcist at True Cross Academy where his twin brother Yukio is a teacher. But defeating Satan is no easy task! It'll take everything Rin's got, along with his twin brother and fellow classmates from the academy!

About the Creator

Manga creator, writer, and illustrator Kazue Kato won the prestigious Tezuka Award for her work Boku to Usagi (Rabbit and I) published in Akamaru Jump. Her latest series, Blue Exorcist, began in Jump Square in April of 2009. Kazue Kato has used a rabbit as a self-portrait in her author’s notes since her debut, and her titles often have some relation to rabbits.
