Ageha Yoshina is an average high school student who loves to fight in the name of heroism. One day he finds a telephone card with the words “Psyren” written on it. Without a clue and full with curiosity, he uses the card. Little did he know he would be sent to a different world full of dangerous creatures out to kill him! Ageha must now use his inner Psi powers to survive this horrible game. Thanks to Ageha’s devoted training and improved Psi skills, Ageha and friends are able to escape the bloody battle with the powerful members of W.I.S.E. The group also finds DVD footage from Kabuto Kirisaki’s uncle that may provide insight about what happened in the future.

Ageha struggles with the truth and feels the urge to inform the millionaire Elmore Tenjuin about the dangers that lie ahead...but how? With deadly threats coming from Nemesis Q to those who dare speak about Psyren to outsiders, it makes things difficult for Ageha to warn and protect his friends in the present-day world. Are they doomed? Or will Ageha succeed in transforming the hopeless future into a brighter one?

Meanwhile, Kagetora is off hunting Psionist criminals. With his ultimate power and experiences, the criminals should be caught in no time. But it turns out that this time around, Kagetora needs help. In order to rescue Kagetora, Ageha and the Elmore Wood kids stand against two Psionists that use a dangerous unknown technique, and another that enjoys feeling pain! Do Ageha and the children of the Elmore Wood Orphanage have a chance against these villains?!

Although Ageha and his friends gather hints about Psyren, it still remains a bewildering enigma. Who exactly is Nemesis Q? And will the mysteries of the Psyren world ever be solved?
