This release is remastered in HD and uncut (with both English language and Japanese with English subtitles) for the very first time. Our tale begins when an unseasonable blizzard engulfs Tokyo, and Luna ends up falling ill due to the freezing temperatures. Rescued by the kind hearted astronomer, Kakeru, Luna catches something more than just the cold as she falls in love with her rescuer.

Meanwhile the source behind the blizzard is none other than Princess Snow Kaguya, an ancient evil being of unknown origins, determined to encase the earth in ice. She sends her Snow Dancers down to earth to do her bidding and freeze the planet. However, Kaguya is still missing a piece of her ice crystal which just happens to be in Kakeru’s possession. The Sailor Guardians step in and an epic clash of wills ensues.
