The Gagaga monsters are one of the main highlights of Yuma's Deck in Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal. They’re well known for the ability to shift their Levels and match one another for quick Xyz Summons, and they’ll become even quicker when one of Yuma’s best cards, Gagaga Academy Emergency Network, makes its debut in Premium Gold! Here are some tips to help you build a Gagaga Deck of your own!

Gagaga Magician is one of the key pieces of the Gagaga Deck. It can change its Level between 1 and 8, which lets you make a ton of diverse Xyz Summons! Gagaga Girl is the Magician's partner, and she can change her Level to that of Gagaga Magician. The trick is getting them on the field together, which is now easier with Gagaga Academy Emergency Network. This Spell card Special Summons a Gagaga monster straight from your Deck! If you drew one half of the Gagaga couple, use Emergency Network to get the other, then Normal Summon the one you drew and match their Levels!

Gagaga Magician and Gagaga Girl form a deadly combo with Number 33: Chronomaly Machu Mech. Gagaga Girl can change an opponent's monster's ATK to 0 when used in an Xyz Summon, which lets Machu Mech deal damage and increase its own ATK by the amount the enemy monster lost! Keep this combo in mind because it can let you win a Duel even if you’re feeling hopelessly outmatched!

Gagaga Caesar is another great Level-matching choice, since it can banish any monster from your Graveyard to make the Levels of all of your Gagaga monsters the same as that monster’s Level. Combined with Gagaga Clerk or Gagaga Academy Emergency Network, you can easily get two monsters on the field to match Levels by using Caesar’s effect! Remember, Caesar has no limit on what its Level can be, so you can even use easy-to-play, super-high-Level monsters like Tragoedia or Exodius, the Ultimate Forbidden Lord to make your monsters’ Level 10!

The Gagaga Spells and Traps are another great reason to try a Gagaga Deck. Gagagabolt lets you destroy any card your opponent controls while you control a Gagaga monster, and Gagagashield protects your Spellcaster from being destroyed up to twice per turn! Gagagarevenge can Special Summon a Gagaga from the Graveyard, and if you use the monster in an Xyz Summon, you'll power up all of your Xyz Monsters! Gagagadraw lets you draw two cards by banishing three Gagagas from the Graveyard, and Gagagarush destroys any monster that tries to target a Gagaga with an effect and inflicts a ton of damage too! Onomatopaira is a great card to use as well because you can trade one card in your hand for any Gagaga monster and a Zubaba, Dododo or Gogogo monster from your Deck. And of course, there’s Gagaga Academy Emergency Network, new in Premium Gold, which lets you Special Summon any Gagaga monster from your Deck to use in an Xyz Summon!

The Gagaga strategy has tons of powerful combos and interesting strategies, while letting you play almost any Xyz Monsters you can think of! All your favorite Xyz Monsters are easier to play when you can match up your monster’s Levels, and no Deck does it better than Gagagas!
