I'm eagerly awaiting the chapter when Maasa gets her backstory fleshed out (pun intended). She's the Art Squad's resident gore queen, and she loves zombies more than boys, so even though she laments her single status I don't see her dating anytime soon.

I'm really curious about where her love for gore comes from. Was someone she looked up to as a kid really into horror movies? Where does her utter delight in the grotesque come from?

And like all members of the Art Squad, she isn't just a blood enthusiast—she's an artist and has an impeccable work ethic. She really considers the origins of the gore she's creating. No slap dash splatters for her! I wonder if she studies forensics books to get the angle of blood spray just right...?

Despite her macabre interests, Maasa is really upbeat and friendly. If only other people could understand that...
