Premium Gold takes the original concept introduced in Gold Series back in 2008—i.e. taking awesome cards and giving them a look unlike any other—and launches it beyond the next level!

Premium Gold has three kinds of cards in every pack:

1.  Greatest hits from past Gold Series! Gold Series was hard to find and wasn’t available in most stores. Premium Gold will be available everywhere, so it’ll have popular cards from the previous Gold Series release. Duelists can now catch up on six years of Dueling bling!

2.  Popular cards available as Gold Rares for the first time! Who wouldn’t want to see their favorite cards decked out in gold? Cards like Lonefire Blossom and the original Dark Magician Girl will make their first appearance as Gold Rares!

3.  Brand new cards and the original Egyptian God Cards as brand new Gold Secret Rares! This combines the golden look of the Gold Rare that you know, with the special holofoil effect of Secret Rares. You have to see it to believe it!

Every box of Premium Gold comes with three packs inside, and each pack has two Gold Secret Rares and three Gold Rares. That adds up to a total of six Gold Secrets and nine regular Gold Rares in every box!

The brand new cards include Fusion, Synchro, and Xyz Monsters that appeared in the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’S and Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal manga series, along with some cards from the Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal anime as well. And of course, they’re joined in the brilliant Gold Secret rarity by the original Egyptian God Cards with their classic Yu-Gi-Oh! anime art!

You’ll also find some of the greatest cards in Gold Series returning as Gold Rares. You can look forward to seeing cards like Judgment Dragon, Dark Armed Dragon, Jinzo, Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, Blackwing Armor Master and many more returning for a glittering encore! These cards have all had big impacts on the Dueling world and have definitely earned their places here.

Joining them are some fan-favorites like Dark Magician Girl as well as cards that have made a big impact on Dueling over the years. Keep an eye out for cards like Lonefire Blossom, Colossal Fighter and Lightpulsar Dragon!
