After years of seclusion, the Gravekeepers have risen again to defend their territory from all comers! Dust off your Necrovalley cards, because Legacy of the Valiant brings Gravekeepers back into the fold with a bunch of new cards!

Gravekeeper Decks often play with lots of small monsters boosted by Necrovalley, but those small monsters sometimes have a tough time competing with the big bruisers! The new Gravekeeper’s Oracle solves this problem with aplomb by breaking all the rules of Tribute Summoning (because he’s the boss!) to bring you the answer to whatever ails you. Tribute one to three of your Gravekeeper monsters to Summon him, and you can choose to gain as many of his effects as the number of monsters you Tributed. You can skyrocket his ATK, wipe away a wall of Set defenders (sorry Ghostricks!), enfeeble an entire army, or any combination of the above!

The easiest way to gather multiple Tributes for Gravekeeper’s Oracle is to flip Gravekeeper’s Spy to Summon a monster straight from your Deck for free! But how do you maximize your chances of getting Gravekeeper’s Spy in the first place? Try the new Gravekeeper’s Nobleman. When your opponent attacks and destroys it, it Special Summons any Gravekeeper from your Deck face-down! That lets you Summon Gravekeeper’s Spy straight from your Deck and use its Flip Effect to Summon again! You can also grab Gravekeeper’s Guard, another Flip Effect monster, to turn away an enemy monster at the gates if need be.

But the new recruits aren’t the only exciting thing about all these new Gravekeeper cards. For the first time ever, the Duel isn’t constrained to just Necrovalley itself. Hidden Temples of Necrovalley and Imperial Tombs of Necrovalley are fair game for Dueling action! Both cards can only be played while you control Necrovalley and a face-up Gravekeeper, but both are incredibly powerful. The Temples shut down all Special Summons, except for Gravekeeper Special Summons, and the Tombs can constrain and negate any Spell Card, Trap Card, or monster effect while burying the card in the Graveyard!

And that’s not even all...there are three more Gravekeeper cards in Legacy of the Valiant. If you’ve always been a Gravekeeper fan, or if you’re finally ready to jump on the bandwagon, now is the time to do it!
